Amish-built solid core Premium Quality Vinyl, sleeved over Pressure Treated Southern Yellow Pine Pavilion kit vinyl and wood pieces come pre-cut with the hardware and instructions making every kit easy to assemble.

Engineered Drawings (for permitting purposes) are available for purchase, located in “Additional Add-ons” under the “Customization Options” section below. Engineering may require additional structural upgrades which are not included in the Standard Pricing as advertised.

Shipping and our Plus-Curbside Forklift delivery are included in product pricing for all of the lower 48 States.

  • 8 – 8′ (Base to Bottom of Header) x 5″x 5″ Solid Core Pressure Treated Southern Yellow Pine Posts Sleeved with Premium White Vinyl and
  • 16″ Decorative Post Bases (Covers Post Securing Hardware); and
  • 4 – Anchor Bolts and “L” Brackets to Fasten per Post to Footings or Foundation.

A Gable Roof has two sides that meet to form a triangle. The top of the roof is known as the ridge. The end of each side is called eves. The eves overhang the outer edge 7″ to 9″.

This option forms a triangle, similar to a Gable Roof on one or both of the length sides (depending on preference) of the Gable Roof.

Protect your ceiling with Sherwin Williams stain or paint, whether a closed or open ceiling.

This Option is Tongue and Grove Wood Covering the Underside Rafters on the Inside of the Roof.
