FAQs

Ordering

Email us at AmishWG@gmail.com and we will assist you in getting a price and placing an order for anything pictured in the gallery. You name it and they can build it!
Yes! We sell to everyone and provide the same great service to all.
Unfortunately, we do not offer our own financing. On the other hand, we will accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

Shipping

Once you fully pre-pay for your product and you confirm all necessary specifications meet to your standards, your product will be put in the warehouse manufacturing line to be assembled. After your product is assembled and packaged it will be staged in the shipping yard waiting to be picked up and transported. This process can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks.

Absolutely! But, we do not offer free shipping to those places. We do provide free shipping to the ports, but we will not cover port costs, storage or any other shipping associated to areas outside the lower 48 states.

Product Information

We have found a niche in this industry that has given us the ability to offer a superior product and keep our costs hundreds if not several thousands of dollars less than our competitors. We encourage our customers to compare products. We do not charge our customers for high overhead, advertising or every option available. What our competitors charge in most cases as options we provide as part of the products standard. Moreover, we ask our customers to put some skin in the game and help unload their product to save a significant amount. We also suggest paying by cashiers check or money order rather than credit card. This cost is usually built into our competitors price at 3-5% (sometimes more), but AWG eliminates this fees and provides you the customer the choice of whether you want to save some more money or pay the credit/debit card fee.
As a matter of fact, yes! Their products in our opinion surpasses all other structures of similar kind. The Amish work long hard hours, have excellent ethics and produce unmatched products. We could not offer these products with this type of quality from another manufacturer.
These are made for easy assembly, but it really depends on each individual’s abilities to put structures together. In some cases it is just easier, more affordable and faster to have a contractor assemble the product. We are working on getting a list of contractors for future customers to refer to.
Once you have decided what it is that you want and you have paid for the product you will at that point, if needed, request either shop or certified drawings depending on your permit and/or contractor needs. Once the drawings are paid for we will provide them in a few short days. Drawing may range from $500-$3,000.

Cancellations, Repairs, and Returns

We know that life happens and life events take place. If your order has not reached the assembly line yet – YES! Unfortunately, as a whole the answer is NO though if your order is being assembled. We may make special provisions, but we are not able to re-sale a product once it has been built to just any person due to each area’s building codes and special requirements. There may be other options and we can consider each situation’s circumstances, but as a policy Amish Wholesale Gazebos, LLC will not cancel or refund a product unless the wrong product is delivered or it has not yet been put on the assembly line.
If a part breaks during assembly, no worries. We can have a brand new part produced at the warehouse and shipped directly to you. There will be a cost for the part and shipping is not included, but we will try to make it as competitive and easy as possible.
There will be times when customers are not at home at the time of delivery, transporters have other timely deliveries to make and just need to deliver your product. During that process there may be times a crate get damaged. Please take pictures of all four sides and the top of the crate before opening. It is a rare thing product inside the crate is damaged. We have seen some really messed up crates and to our surprise nothing was damaged. Like everything else the Amish build their crates do the job and protect your product. There have been times something is damaged. In those instances we approach each circumstance on a case by case basis. The best thing is to take pictures of everything damaged.
