Pavilion Lead times (the time it takes to create) are 7 weeks. Engineered Drawings are an additional 4-6 weeks.

Our Amish-Built Gazebo kits wood pieces come pre-cut with the hardware needed to assemble (minus asphalt tack nails) and instructions making every kit easy to put together and showcases the Amish artisans’ dedication to quality. Engineered Drawings (for permitting purposes) available in the “Additionals” of the Customization Options section of each product size. Metal Roofing needs to be sized and cut onsite as the factory does not pre-cut.

Our shipping and Plus-Curbside delivery are included in the price of the Pavilions for all of the lower 48 States. The shipper unloads the customized shrink wrapped crate with a forklift at their convenience.
