Our Amish-Built Pavilion kit’s wood pieces come pre-cut with all the hardware needed to assemble, instructions and Shop Drawings (not certified or intended for permitting purposes) making every kit easy to put together and showcase the Amish artisans’ dedication to quality and excellence. Engineered Drawings (for permitting purposes) available upon request and for an additional fee. Metal Roofing needs to be sized and cut onsite as the factory does not pre-cut.

Our shipping and Plus-Curbside delivery are included in the price of the Pavilions for all of the lower 48 States. The shipper unloads the customized shrink wrapped crate with a forklift at their convenience.
