Amish-Built Premium Quality #1 Grade Pressure Treated Southern Yellow Pine Pavilions come pre-cut with the hardware needed to assemble, instructions and Shop Drawings (not certified or intended for permitting purposes) making every kit easy to put together and showcase the Amish artisans’ dedication to quality and excellence. Engineered Drawings (for permitting purposes) are available for an additional fee located in “Additional Add-ons” under the “Customization Options” section below.

Shipping and our Plus-Curbside delivery are included in product prices for all of the lower 48 States. Shipper unloads the shrink wrapped customized crated product with a forklift at their convenience. Residents near Pennsylvania can request Onsite assembly for an additional fee. A Gable Roof has two sides that meet to form a triangle. The top of the roof is known as the ridge. The end of each side is called eves. The eves overhang the outer edge 7″ to 9″.

This option forms a triangle, similar to a Gable Roof on one or both of the length sides (depending on preference) of the Gable Roof.

Fire Retardant located in Additional Add-ons needs a coat of stain prior to suppression chemicals being added.
