June’s Royal Escape Pavilion Lead times (the time to create) are 9 weeks and Engineered Drawings 6-8 weeks.
Royal Escape Pavilions are a gorgeous take-off of our Grand Escape Pavilions. The Royal Escapes Pavilion adds extra beauty and functionality to any landscape.
Our Amish Built Royal Escape Pavilion wood pieces come pre-cut with all the hardware needed to assemble, instructions and Shop Drawings (NOT for permitting purposes), along with many standard features, similar to the Grand Escape Pavilions. This structure is pleasing to look at and easy to put together, as well as, showcasing the Amish artisans’ dedication to quality and excellence. Our Certified Stamped Engineered Drawing, intended for permitting purposes and custom build designs, are available upon request for as an upgrade. Metal Roofing needs to be sized and cut onsite as the factory does not pre-cut.
Our shipping and Plus-Curbside delivery are included in the price for all of the lower 48 States. The contracted shipper unloads your shrink wrapped custom designed crate with a forklift at their convenience. Residents near Pennsylvania can request Onsite assembly. Once the kit is unloaded the excitement of your new structure begins.
